New entrance and internal upgrading of a 1930s house influenced by the garden suburb of Sea Mills and Arts and Crafts movements. Having previously been divided, the semi-detached dwelling required its own entrance driveway and gates. Grazebrook integrated a proposal for new stone piers and timber gates to link with the upgraded front entrance lobby and garages. Key to this was the strategic enclosure and thermal upgrading of the new habitable spaces as part of the integrated refurbishment of the whole house.
